• Apply a tiny quantity of detergent to any tough stains and gently massage them in with your fingertips or a soft brush. Allow it to rest for a few minutes before moving on to the next stage.
• For handwashing, carefully massage the clothing in the detergent solution, giving special attention to any stains or odours. Let the items soak for 10-15 minutes. If using a washing machine, use the delicate or wool cycle with cold water and place the detergent in the appropriate dispenser.
